Welcome to the University Resiliency Planner (URP).
The URP is maintained by the Office of Emergency Management (OEM) and supports two key functions. It provides the platform for developing and updating your department’s Continuity of Operations Plan (COOP) and serves as the central location for UNC Charlotte's Emergency Response Manual.
